Thank you for your time work and effort on behalf of students. We are grateful for your interest in the SOLVE-!T Conference!
Vendor questions about the conference can be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org ATTN Jon Hyatt
The expected attendance for this conference will be 200 students, and 1000 educators.
Complete the application form by April 15, 2020
Selection will be made based on the benefit of the product or service to teachers and students as determined by a conference committee.
Booth space is given on a “first come, first served” basis. Select vendors, called exempt vendors, have first choice before vendors submitting applications. Available booths will be shown on the map (to be published closer to the conference date).
We will do everything possible to address the needs of each vendor, but cannot guarantee location or dimension of your requested space. SOLVE-!T will notify vendors within 1 month after the first due date for applications.
Vendors applying after the first date for applications will be notified as soon as possible after your applications are submitted.
Vendors may be chosen by the conference committee for exempt status. Exempt vendors do not need to go through the application process and may have priority booth location placement.
Vendor information will also be posted in the conference program for participants.
